INTEGRATED HYDRAULIC CONTROL BLOCK SYSTEMS

AXXERON Hydrolux manifolds are custom-designed and built for each customer’s specific application. Thus, each manifold’s circuit logic and functionality are engineered to meet needed performance, safety, and mounting requirements. AXXERON Hydrolux manifolds are equipped with high flow cartridge valves and can be combined with hydraulic power units (HPU) and hydraulic actuators.

Cartridge Covers for 2-Way Slip-in Cartridge Valves

Various cover types are available for directional, flow control, and pressure control functions in all sizes (16 to 160). The covers can be combined with most slip-in cartridge valves with 2 ways of AXXERON Hydrolux.

2-Way Slip-in Cartridge Valves - X731

AXXERON Hydrolux CEE series cartridges are available for directional and pressure functions. Options available for directional and check functions include various surface ratios for the poppet, various poppet options such as shaft seals and damping noses, and various spring options.

2-Way Slip-in Cartridge Valves, Actively Operated

AXXERON Hydrolux actively actuated 2-way cartridge are designed to eliminate many of the limitations of conventional cartridge valves and enable high-speed switching functions.

Active cartridges provide two dedicated control areas, one for opening and one for closing the valve poppet. This enables more robust control of directional functions for high-speed, high-response machines where low system pressure can delay closing times.

  • All pilot and poppet seals create tight fit at all ports to prevent leakage in either direction
  • Can operate without a spring when a defined spool position is not required and hydraulic system pressure is down
  • Cartridge can be closed by a considerably lower control pressure at X due to the larger control surface area AX (compared to the surface area AA)
  • Opening function and velocity of the cartridge are independent of the pressure in the working ports A and B
  • Ability to be equipped with X-,S-,T-poppets in Sizes NG16 to NG100 per ISO 7368
