The engineering company IgH from Essen becomes part of the AXXERON Group. The IgH team’s expertise in hydraulics, automation, and control technology fits seamlessly into the group network. With IgH, AXXERON can offer its OEM customers customized and innovative complete solutions from a single source. In the future, IgH will form                                                                                         the business division AXXERON Technology Center.

The state-of-the-art production site in Luxembourg will enable AXXERON to manufacture (servo) cartridge valves and hydraulic control blocks of the highest quality independently in the future. The first company acquisition outside of Germany is a further step in the internationalization of the group.

A joint venture has been established with three Chinese partners in the field of hydraulic valve and connection technology. This should improve our competitive position, particularly in the field of mobile hydraulics, from January 1, 2025. Through the stablishment of an electronics production facility in Wentorf, HESCH Industrie-Elektronik GmbH is growing with a new branch in the Hamburg metropolitan region. In this context, the name was changed to AXXERON HESCH electronics GmbH.

KWR is a specialist for sophisticated control cabinets for machinery and plant engineering, making it the ideal complement to HESCH Industrie-Elektronik GmbH. Both companies combine their expertise in the field of AUTOMATION.

The companies Ruppel and HTG will be merged in a new property at the Porta Westfalica site with the aim of leveraging synergy potential in the MOTION sector.

As a strategic addition to Ruppel Hydraulics, the companies together form our MOTION business division.

With the acquisition of the sole proprietorship Gerhard W. Ruppel Hydraulics, a specialist in hydraulic drive and control technology, AXXERON enters fluid technology. This is the start of Ruppel Hydraulics GmbH, our first company in fluid technology.

With the acquisition of the HESCH Group, with the companies HESCH Industrie-Elektronik and HESCH Schröder mbH in Neustadt am Rübenberge, the start of AXXERON Technologies is now beginning. HESCH is our first company in the AUTOMATION sector.

The idea generator and founder of AXXERON Technologies GmbH, Jost Braukmann, is implementing his founding concept from 2017 together with his long-standing business friends Marcus Dreischer, Nico Bruning & Sal Puaar.
