AXXERON Hydrolux S.à r.l., member of AXXERON Technologies GmbH, focuses on research, development, design, and manufacturing of hydraulic systems and components and employs approximately 70 people.

The Inside Sales Manager is a critical leadership role, requiring a balance of commercial acumen, and customer-focused leadership.

In addition, the Inside Sales Manager and his team are responsible for fully supporting the range of C-customers in all RFQ (Request for Quote) and sales activities. This position is therefore a key role in driving customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and profitability for the company.

Your tasks:

Sales- & Inside Sales Management:

  • Oversee the internal sales team while improving its processes. Act as the main escalation point for customer complaints while collaborating with the Quality team, the finance, and logistics teams to ensure excellent service
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, while encouraging innovation, customer-centric flexibility, and continuous improvement across all processes
  •  
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, including A & B customers, in collaboration with the external sales team
  • Ensure accurate pricing and margin control in line with the company strategy

Customer Service & Stakeholder Management:

  • Act as the main escalation point for customer complaints while collaborating with the Quality team, the finance, and logistics teams to ensure excellent service

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, while encouraging innovation, customer-centric flexibility, and continuous improvement across all processes

Your profile:

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in customer service, inside sales, production planning, or procurement, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and demand planning tools
  • Sales orientation with excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of process improvement and change management
  • Strong communication skills, both internal (cross-functional teams) and external (customers and suppliers)
  • Fluent in German and English, French language is a plus
