Demand & Capacity Planner

AXXERON Hydrolux S.à r.l., member of AXXERON Technologies GmbH, focuses on research and development, design and manufacturing of hydraulic systems and components and employs approximately 70 people.

As our Demand & Capacity Planner, you play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient production planning. You balance customer demand, delivery dates, and available production capacity while continuously improving planning processes to maximize resource utilization and operational efficiency.

Your tasks:

  • Optimize the use of available production capacity
  • Create and maintain reliable demand forecasts
  • Work closely with Sales, Production, Purchasing, and Logistics to ensure end‑to‑end alignment
  • Define and agree on delivery dates with customers
  • Review and manually confirm customer orders that are not automatically confirmed in the ERP system
  • Approve production orders for assembly
  • Drive the continuous improvement of production planning, e.g. by bundling and optimizing orders to reduce set‑up times
  • Create and maintain Manufacturing BOMs in the PLM system

Your profile:

  • Experience in production planning, supply chain, or work preparation
  • Understanding of capacity planning and manufacturing processes (assembly)
  • Demand forecasting or project management experience
  • Strong ERP knowledge (e.g. SAP, Business Central); PLM experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Analytical, structured, and data‑driven mindset
  • Very good German and English; French is an advantage
    Nice to have
  • Experience with APS (Advanced Planning & Scheduling) systems
