2-way position-monitored slip-in cartridge valves are hydraulic valves equipped with an integrated monitoring function. A position switch indicates when the valve is in the closed position.

These valves are suitable for safety-related applications and are certified by the German Accident Prevention and Insurance Association (DGUV Test) for all available sizes.

AXXERON Hydrolux offers two types of position-monitored cartridge valves:

CSE series – standard cartridge valves

RSE series – actively operated cartridge valves

AXXERON Hydrolux offers a wide variety of cartridge valves for pressure control functions. In addition to simple pressure relief functions,  we also offer relief functions with unloading options, multiple pressure stages, or proportional pressure control.

For pressure equipment covered by the European Pressure Directive, we offer relief valves that are certified according to the directive.

In addition, we offer cartridge valves for pressure-reducing and pressure-compensating functions.

Servo cartridge valves are pilot-operated slip-in servo valves with integrated closed-loop position control for the main stage poppet.

2-way servo cartridge valves are suitable for flow and velocity control and are equipped with a seated poppet for leakage-free stopping of movements.

3-way servo cartridges are equipped with a spool without a seat, but can additionally be used for pressure or force control

Cartridge valves, also known as 2/2-way valves or logic elements, are industrial hydraulic valves used for directional, pressure, check, and flow control. These cartridge valves have a compact design that can be used in hydraulic manifold systems for many industrial and mobile machinery types.
