    Our product

    (Servo-) Cartridge Valves

    Cartridge valves, also known as 2/2-way valves or logic elements, are industrial hydraulic valves used for directional, pressure, check, and flow control. These cartridge valves have a compact design that can be used in hydraulic manifold systems for many types of industrial and mobile machinery. These products are ideal for applications which require high flow rates and leak-free control.

    Cartridge valves mounted in a manifold provide a compact, integrated circuit for simplified machine design and reduced system costs. The cartridge is designed to fit into a cavity and is held in place by a cover. The cavities conform to the ISO 7368 standard.

    Most directional functions can be realized by using our CEE series cartridges in combination with the CCE series covers, both of which offer a wide range of configuration options.

    For check functions, we also offer a compact variant of cartridges with screw-in covers for sizes 16 and 25.

    The CHE series of actively operated cartridge valves has been developed for applications requiring faster switching times and/or a clearly defined poppet position.

    2-way position-monitored slip-in cartridge valves are hydraulic valves equipped with an integrated monitoring function. A position switch indicates when the valve is in the closed position.

    These valves are suitable for safety-related applications and are certified by the German Accident Prevention and Insurance Association (DGUV Test) for all available sizes.

    The AXXERON Hydrolux Modular Hydraulic Service Manifold (M-HSM) can provide off/low/high controlled hydraulic pressurization to the test system to establish smooth hydraulic engagement which helps avert pressure surges to the test system or damage to the specimen. AXXERON Hydrolux’s M-HSM is designed regarding the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) and has an optional safety manifold.

    Modular Die Cushion Systems

    AXXERON Hydrolux modular die cushion system consists of a main cylinder with an integrated position measuring system, accumulators, a hydraulic power unit, and several manifolds. It also features software libraries and the control unit’s hardware components.

    The die cushion manifold is flanged directly to the cylinder and is connected to the main hydraulic accumulators via a separate adapter manifold. This design provides a compact, rigid hydraulic system that enables highly dynamic control. The control unit is implemented with the system using separate hardware and software modules. The software of the modular die cushion system can reduce force overshoots, and realize customer-specific force profiles in the drawing process with a high level of accuracy.
