AXXERON Hydrolux S.à r.l., member of AXXERON Technologies GmbH, focuses on research and development, design and manufacturing of hydraulic systems and components and employs approximately 70 people.

The Inside Sales representative plays a central role within the company. He is the main point of contact for customers, while also working closely with internal departments and key stakeholders. He provides up-to-date information on customer activities, highlights issues, and shares insights of market trends. The Inside Sales representative therefore has a decisive impact on the development of existing and new business.

Your tasks:

  • Maintain pricing structures using ERP and cost data
  • Manage order entry and ensure timely processing while preparing and follow up quotations
  • Collaborate with all internal teams to ensure timely order delivery
  • Monitor customer forecasts and contribute to S&OP reviews
  • Communicate proactively with customers and sales teams
  • Represent the company at customer visits and events

Your profile:

  • Proven experience in inside sales, customer service, or a similar role
  • Technical understanding, ideally in hydraulic environment
  • Comfortable with ERP and MS Office tools (Excel, Outlook, etc.), as well as data analysis
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a team spirit and sense of responsibility
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Fluent in English and German; French is a plus
